As an innovative and sustainable community of international significance, Ginninderry is inspiring a new way of living. How? By doing things a little differently. The team at Supercurious has partnered with Ginninderry from inception to reality, helping to bring their bold vision to life.
From brand strategy, visual and verbal identity, through to story telling, placemaking, digital platforms and sales campaigns, we have helped bring Ginninderry to life. To help realise the Ginninderry promise, Supercurious developed a rich interactive Display Village – GX. GX became a living gallery, blending real-world experiences with digital technology, using an app to guide consumers through the display village, learn about the sustainability, build a sense of place and community, and hero liveability benefits on offer. The immersive digital guide took visitors through three sub-trails revealing how Ginninderry will deliver an exceptional quality of life for residents. On opening weekend, we put on a show, which included a guest star appearance by Scott Cam.
From well before the first sod was turned to the thriving new community we see today, Supercurious has been a key partner on the Ginninderry project. Our work together has put Ginninderry on the map with sales results consistently outperforming the market. The GX Display Village set a new bar, winning a national marketing award and driving visitation results well above comparable projects.
